Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if you require different times, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our staff speaks English and Swahili. We strive to make your stay comfortable regardless of language barriers.

Wheelchair Accessibility
We have a wheelchair=-accessible room with grab handles in the en-suite bathroom. Please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Children of all ages are welcome at Soroi Luxury Migration Camp. We offer family-friendly accommodations and activities.

Types of Tents
We offer 8 luxury tents and 2 two-bedroom family units. 

Family-Friendly Options
Our two-bedroom family units are spacious and designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Each family unit has a King en-suite and a Twin en-suite room.

Private Bathrooms
All tents feature en-suite bathrooms with indoor showers.

Room Amenities
Each tent is equipped with a king-size bed and a single bed, a private veranda, bespoke organic soaps and care products.

Air Conditioning and Heating
While we do not have air conditioning, our tents are designed to stay cool with natural ventilation.

Dining Options
We offer full-board dining, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served in our dining area, and private dining is available on request.

Special Dietary Requirements
We cater to special dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal. Please inform us of your dietary requirements in advance.

Bar Services
Our bar offers a selection of beverages, including local branded spirits, house wines, beer, and soft drinks.

On-Site Medical Assistance
We have first aid kits available, and our staff is trained in basic first aid. For medical severe emergencies, we can arrange transport to the nearest medical facility.

Wildlife Interaction Safety Measures
Safety is our top priority. Our guides are trained to ensure safe interactions with wildlife. Always follow their instructions and maintain a safe distance from animals.

Directions to the Lodge
Soroi Luxury Migration is located in the Maasai Mara. The nearest airstrip is Ol Kiombo Airstrip.

Airport Transfer Services
We offer transfers from the nearest airstrip, Ol Kiombo Airstrip, approximately a 15-minute drive from the camp. Airstrip transfers are included when booking using our Ground Package option.

Nearest Airport Information
The nearest major international airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. From there, guests can transfer to Wilson Airport and take a domestic flight to Ol Kiombo Airstrip.

Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit the Maasai Mara is during the Great Migration, from July to October. However, the Maasai Mara is a year-round destination with excellent yearly wildlife viewing.

For your convenience, we operate cashless. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately, American Express is not accepted.

Recommended Tipping for Guides
Tipping your safari guide at the end of your stay is customary. A typical tip ranges from $10 to $20 per person per day.

Tipping for Camp Staff
Tipping the camp staff is also appreciated. We recommend leaving a tip of $5 to $10 per person per day, which can be placed in the communal tip box at reception.
